Stage 1 Food & Hospitality
Over the last four weeks students have been planning, trialing, and preparing for a staff graze table lunch.
Students prepared a range of crackers, desserts, and hot food for staff to consume.
This task demonstrated their knowledge of the current trend of grazing tables and gave them firsthand experience in collaborating in a Food and Hospitality setting.
